Public Health is investigating an outbreak of gastroenteritis with vomiting, nausea and diarrhea associated with Irene Thai Cuisine located at 17530 132nd Ave NE #F, Woodinville, WA. As many as 6 people became ill after eating food delivered from the restaurant on September 30, 2016. Public Health learned of the outbreak on October 4th.
