Happy Friday, Kent!
It's a big night! The 2023 Western Hockey League Championship continues tonight with Game 5 as the Thunderbirds face Winnipeg ICE for their final home game of the season at the accesso ShoWare Center!
The T-Birds have had an incredible run this year. They're the 2023 U.S. Division Champions and they’ve outscored their opponents 38-11 through their first eighteen playoff games.
If they win tonight, they'll be the WHL Champions and claim the Ed Chynoweth Cup! The series either ends tonight with a win, or they head back to Winnipeg!
I'm sure it's going to be a packed house tonight, see you there! Hope you enjoy this week's update and have a great weekend.
Dana Ralph, Kent Mayor

|
The Learning Center in SoDo is designed to educate the community, including children, on proper recycling behaviors and offers visitors a behind-the-scenes look into recycling technology and the process for different materials. |
