SE 216th St will be closed over the Big Soos Creek, east of 132nd Ave SE for load limit upgrades

King County Road Maintenance is closing SE 216th St for a bridge load restriction upgrade.
The bridge over Soos Creek on SE 216th Street will be closed to all modes of traffic from 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 15 through 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26.
Crews will reopen the bridge on weekdays (M - F) for 15 minutes every two hours at 9 am, 11 am, 2 pm and 4 pm. The bridge also will be open on the weekend: 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19 through 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22.
