Happy Friday, Kent!
I hope you all have something fun planned with friends or family for the weekend and 4th of July! I know I will definitely be spending the holiday at Lake Meridian Park at our Splash event. Please remember to stay safe while celebrating!
With Splash, Cornucopia Days, our Summer Concerts and recurring Farmers Markets around Kent, there's plenty to do in the coming weeks and months.
Have a great weekend!

Earlier today we finally put the lid on the new water reservoir on the West Hill!
After months of construction, the project is really coming together, and will wrap up with a cool landscape mural.
It will provide the water storage necessary for fire services to keep our community safe and help make sure our growth needs are met over the next couple of decades.

We held our fifth Battle of the Badges food drive competition today and raised over $3,000 for local food banks! Congratulations to Federal Way PD for squeaking by with the victory today. |
