Council Considers Ballot Measure
On Monday, May 4, Kenmore City Council will consider a potential ballot measure in 2026 or later. The goal of the May 4 Council Study Session is to discern and decide if Council intends to put a measure on the November 2026 Ballot, and what will be included in the measure. Construction Impacts in Kenmore
Thank you for your patience as Sound Transit works to build out the Stride S3 line in Kenmore. Lane and sidewalk closures are expected through the fall. Both closures are for a variety of construction activities including utility work, roadway improvements, and station related construction. Affordable Housing Partnership Project Announcement
The City of Kenmore is partnering with Imagine Housing and Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties to bring 121 affordable housing units to downtown Kenmore by early 2031. Looking Ahead to the Kenmore Quad this Summer
The shores of Lake Washington, the Sammamish River, and the Burke-Gilman trail provide the ideal venue for a multi-sport event in Kenmore. For the past three summers, participants have swam, biked, ran, and paddled their way through the waters and paths of Kenmore. This year’s event is Saturday, August 22 starting off at Log Boom Park.
