Kenmore Holds 2025 State of the City Address at the Lodge at St. Edward Park On March 28, the City of Kenmore presented the 2025 State of the City Address. Held at the Lodge at St. Edward Park and hosted by the Bothell Kenmore Chamber of Commerce, the address highlighted key accomplishments from the past year, outlined the 2025 work plan, and offered a glimpse of exciting future projects. The event was well-attended by both business and community leaders, fostering a sense of unity and progress for the city's future. Public Hearing Scheduled for Middle Housing Regulations On Tuesday evening, the Kenmore Planning Commission unanimously approved scheduling a public hearing at their April 15 meeting. At that meeting, the Commission will hear public testimony regarding the draft regulations related to middle housing (i.e. duplexes, triplexes, cottage housing), accessory dwelling units (ADUs), and affordable housing (inclusionary zoning). After the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation on the proposed regulations which will be presented to City Council on April 21. Kenmore Community Club Potluck Presentation April 9 You’re invited to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Kenmore Community Club at a series of Potluck Presentations about the essential city services that make Kenmore a great place to live. Each month will feature different guests speakers sharing about what is takes to keep Kenmore running. Bring the kids, a dish to share, and enjoy a meal with friends and neighbors. Everyone is welcome to attend!
