With the 4th of July approaching, here is a reminder that per Kenmore Municipal Code 8.10, ALL fireworks are illegal in Kenmore, with very limited exceptions.
Police will be on patrol responding to illegal fireworks calls. Because of the high volume of police calls on the 4th of July, please report fireworks disturbances to the non-emergency line (206-296-3311) and be patient with responses. Thank you for celebrating safely!
Watch 4th of July Fireworks at Log Boom Park You're invited to come down to Log Boom Park to enjoy a free community 4th of July event and fireworks show. The event kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with music, food trucks, face painting, games, and crafts. The fireworks show will begin at 10:00 pm and lasts about 20 minutes.
To minimize traffic congestion and environmental impact, we encourage attendees to bus, carpool, bike, use the shuttles, or walk to this event.
NEW this year! Two ADA accessible shuttle buses will run from the Kenmore Park & Ride to the drop off point on 175th/entry to the park. See the event website for details.
