Saturday construction alert!
The construction team will be working on Saturdays for the foreseeable future, starting this Saturday, April 11. The City has authorized weekend work to keep the project on schedule and take advantage of low traffic volumes.
Please drive safely across the bridge and watch for changing traffic alerts. For the latest project information and construction alerts, please visit the project website.
What to expect:
- Typical weekend construction hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, but mobilization and light work may start earlier and extend later.
- The west bridge will be reduced to a single lane as the construction team continues demolition of the west sidewalk.

- The speed limit has been reduced to 25 MPH throughout the work zone for the safety of the public and construction team. This speed limit applies 24/7.
