Updates to the CBA FSA communications toolkit

The $200 CBA FSA employer contribution is complicated. Talking about it doesn’t have to be.

Some school employees qualify for a $200 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) flexible spending arrangement (FSA) employer contribution. The contribution is available to all SEBB benefits-eligible employees who meet the criteria outlined in the toolkit. Navia Benefit Solutions, the FSA administrator, distributes the funds and notifies qualifying employees each year in January.

We realize that explaining the CBA FSA benefit to employees can be complicated and appreciate your dedication to helping your employees learn about their benefits. To support your communications efforts, we recently updated the CBA FSA toolkit. You can use the toolkit as a resource to share important messages and information with eligible employees.

The toolkit materials align how we communicate about the benefit to ensure accuracy, consistent messaging, and use of these funds. Please use the toolkit as needed to help spread the word to employees about this great benefit that can make a difference to them and their families!
