Upcoming open enrollment messages for employees

To help prepare for the SEBB Program’s annual open enrollment, October 26 through November 23, 2026, we’ve created a series of 10 messages for you to share with your employees.

Below is the list of messages you will get from us over the next six weeks. We’ve also included a link to all 10 messages to assist with your communications planning.

The advance versions are provided for planning purposes. There may be updates or corrections between now and the recommended distribution dates. The most current version of each message will be sent approximately two days before its recommended distribution date. Please use the most current version when sharing the message with employees.

Please do not make significant changes to the messages. You may modify payroll or benefits office information and other employer-specific content as needed to meet the needs of your employees.
