The Public Health Law Center published a map of U.S. states, cities, and counties that restrict the sale of flavored tobacco products. For local jurisdictions, it focuses on those with a population over 75,000. The map and dataset summarize whether state and local tobacco flavor restrictions policies (1) cover the entire jurisdiction, (2) prohibit menthol, (3) restrict flavors in all tobacco products, and (4) include exemptions for certain retailers.
