Behavioral health network adequacy and access to care survey

Survey closes June 30

You are invited to provide feedback about behavioral health network adequacy standards and access to care in Washington state.

Information from this survey will help the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) understand barriers preventing people from getting behavioral health and substance use disorder services. Your feedback will also help us know what changes need to be made to behavioral health network adequacy standards.

Responses are kept confidential and results will be reported only in aggregate without identifying individuals. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
