New 2026 Washington State Common Measure Set

The Washington State Common Measure Set (WSCMS) is a collection of measures that provide the foundation for health care accountability and performance tracking in Washington State. The Performance Measures Coordinating Committee (PMCC) provides oversight for the development of the WSCMS.

Updates to WSCMS

In 2025, the PMCC agreed to reduce the size of the existing WSCMS in favor of a smaller core set of priority measures and a supplemental set of measures. These changes became effective in January 2026.
