The Health Care Authority (HCA) is offering open virtual office hours for the Apple Health (Medicaid) birth doula benefit. These office hours are for doulas, doula organizations, and billers to ask questions and get support as they learn about and provide services under the new benefit.
Topic: Verifying client eligibility and available services
The HCA Provider Relations Team will demonstrate how to:
- Check client coverage and eligibility in ProviderOne, including:
- Where to find the Benefit Service Package (BSP).
- Eligibility start and end dates.
- Use the Limit Inquiry option in ProviderOne to look up services remaining.
Previous office hours materials
In case you missed it, view the previous office hours slide decks on the HCA birth doulas webpage.
