Community Health Partnership Services (CHPS) is hosting a claims and billing training for adult family homes

Trainings are available to help adult family homes deliver and bill for Community Behavioral Health Support (CBHS) and Intensive Behavioral Supportive Supervision (IBSS) Services.

Community Health Partnership Services (CHPS) is the main point of contact for the claims process. It supports participating adult family homes with submitting claims for CBHS and IBSS services.

During this training, you will learn how to:

Register and use the online system to enter and send your claims.
Check your claims to make sure they are correct and complete.
Send your claims to the managed care organization (MCO) or to Health Care Authority (HCA) so you can be paid.

CHPS will provide support with:

Answering questions about claims and fixing problems.
Provider enrollment.
Understanding the Apple Health (Medicaid) billing guidelines as part of the CBHS program
