If updates are made to the materials before the Board meeting, they will be incorporated no later than 4:00 p.m. the day before the Board meeting. The link below will always take you to the newest version of materials and, if changes are made, a summary of updates after the title page within the briefing book will be added.

This is a hybrid meeting. You may attend either in person or via Teams webinar. Your device may require you to download the Teams app in order to join the meeting virtually. Alternatively, you may dial into the meeting by phone. We will be on site at Cherry Street Plaza, 626 8th Avenue SE in Olympia, WA. Masks are optional.
