Here are updates on HCA’s priorities and progress to stabilize the Benefits 24/7 platform for PEBB and SEBB employees. Our intention is to keep you informed on identified issues, how we’re prioritizing them, and when they’re addressed.
The list below does not include all identified issues, but several that we are prioritizing based on their impact on members’ enrollment.
Issues that have been addressed
-
Subscribers who waived enrollment in PEBB or SEBB (when eligible for both) could not advance through the system. An earlier fix prevented subscribers from waiving their coverage if they had dual eligibility. This was corrected, and anyone currently impacted will now be able to waive.
-
Enrollments were deleted after transferring to another organization. When a subscriber was transferred out of an organization and immediately picked up by a new organization, and the new organization terminated them as “never effective,” the enrollments were eliminated from the system. This was fixed going forward, and five impacted accounts were fixed to restore their enrollment.
-
Unable to add Special Open Enrollments (SOEs) for accounts. Logic issues in the system prevented submission of an SOE for some accounts. This was corrected and the impacted accounts were then able to complete and submit the SOEs.
-
PEBB and SEBB lower limits were updated for 2026. The lower limits in Benefits 24/7 were updated so dates may not be entered beyond these days in 2026.
If you continue to have challenges on an issue that has been addressed, please submit a new ticket to HCA’s Outreach and Training team through HCA Support.
You can access previous updates on the Benefits Administrator website via the pink alert box and under Notices and updates.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we diligently work on resolving these and other issues.
