PEBB open enrollment ends November 24
Time is running out—PEBB annual open enrollment ends Monday, November 24. If you still need to make changes, don’t delay. Here are some last-minute open enrollment reminders that may apply to you.
UMP Plus plans closing
If you're currently enrolled in a UMP Plus plan, you must choose a new medical plan during open enrollment or you and any enrolled dependents will be automatically enrolled in UMP Classic. See the announcement for details.
How to make changes
Log in to Benefits 24/7 to make changes to your coverage, add or remove dependents, waive or return from waived coverage, and attest to surcharges. Use the blue “2026 Open Enrollment” chevron. If you prefer not to use Benefits 24/7, you can use an enrollment/change form. Get forms and learn more on the PEBB open enrollment webpage.
Attest to surcharges
If you're required to attest to the spouse or state-registered domestic partner coverage premium surcharge, you can use Benefits 24/7 or the PEBB 2026 Premium Surcharge Attestation Change form to submit your attestation.
All forms and any required dependent verification must be submitted through Benefits 24/7 or to your payroll or benefits office no later than 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 24. Visit the Spousal coverage surcharge webpage for more information.
You must enroll each year to participate in an FSA or DCAP
(For state agencies and higher-education institutions only)
To enroll in a Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), Limited Purpose FSA, or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP), enroll online through Navia Benefit Solutions or download the PEBB 2026 Open Enrollment Form from Navia’s Forms & Documents webpage. Navia must receive your enrollment by November 24.
