Apple Health Medicare Connect updates

Apple Health Medicare Connect (D-SNP) is a special kind of Medicare Advantage (MA) plan for patients who are dually eligible for both Apple Health (Medicaid) and Medicare.

Medicare open enrollment

Medicare open enrollment is October 15 – December 7. Watch the video about why patients need to enroll in Medicare if they are turning 65 and on Apple Health (Medicaid).
