UMP Plus closing - OE message #5 for employees

This is message 5 of 10 about the SEBB Program’s annual open enrollment. Please share the message below with employees through your usual communication methods. Do not forward this email directly to employees or make any significant content changes. You may update your payroll or benefits office contact information and customize other employer-specific content as needed.

UMP Plus plans closing

Beginning January 1, 2026, UMP Plus–Puget Sound High Value Network (PSHVN) and UMP Plus–UW Medicine Accountable Care Network (ACN) will no longer be available.

During annual open enrollment, October 27 through November 24, 2025, UMP Plus subscribers must select a new medical plan, or they and any enrolled dependents will be automatically enrolled in UMP Achieve 2 with coverage starting January 1, 2026.
