Join the Health Care Cost Transparency Board (Cost Board) meeting tomorrow, October 23, where we will:
- Review the draft legislative report
- Hear about the corporate practice of medicine models
- Discuss recommendations from the Primary Care and Nominating Advisory Committees
We'll also hold votes on the July Cost Board meeting minutes, Primary Care Advisory Committee recommendations, and Nominating Committee recommendations.

Thursday, October 23 2–5 p.m.
This meeting and all future Cost Board meetings will be hybrid meetings. This means attendees may either:
- Log into the Zoom meeting
- Attend in person to view and participate in the Zoom meeting at HCA

You can also submit comments in writing at any time. All feedback is shared with Cost Board members.

The Cost Board is responsible for reducing the state's health care cost growth by:
- Determining the state's total health care expenditures
- Identifying cost trends and cost drivers in the health care system
- Setting a health care cost growth benchmark for providers and payers
- Reporting annually to the Legislature, including providing recommendations for lowering health care costs
