ProviderOne Access Issue, October 13, 2025

We are aware of an issues preventing providers from accessing ProviderOne (waproviderone.org) via both the ProviderOne Provider Portal and OneHealthPort. We are currently working to diagnose and resolve the issue as soon as possible and will provide confirmation when the system is accessible again.
