Attention providers

Effective for dates of service on and after October 1, 2025, the Health Care Authority (HCA) has replaced the current Reentry Targeted Case Management (rTCM) Billing Guide with a new Reentry Services Billing Guide. HCA created this new guide to further clarify for providers available Reentry benefits, including benefits covered under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023.
