Responses due August 4
Through a Bureau of Justice Assistance Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-Based Program (COSSUP) grant, the Health Care Authority (HCA) will support the development of an enhanced co-responder team for one program serving a rural area in Washington State.
This program will specialize in responses to overdose-related calls and will have dedicated training and expertise on opioid and stimulant response and effective care navigation.
HCA will prioritize respondents that include a partnership with an EMS or fire department currently operationalizing, or with plans to operationalize, pre-hospital, field-based buprenorphine protocols.
View the organization interest process and fill out the co-responder questions to learn more.
Responses are due by close of business on August 4 to Rachel Brandhorst.
