ProviderOne information session for doulas

The Health Care Authority (HCA) is hosting an information session for doulas who are currently enrolled or are planning to enroll with Apple Health (Medicaid).

This session is facilitated by HCA's ProviderOne experts and will include:

An overview of relevant information in the ProviderOne Billing and Resource Guide.
Walkthrough of submitting fee-for-service claims for doula services in ProviderOne.
Remittance advice and common reasons for claim denials.
When and how to adjust or resubmit claims.
Q&A to address specific questions.

Audience

This session is intended for current providers, but doulas or organization staff who are planning to enroll and provide doula services are welcome to attend.

Recording

The webinar will be recorded and posted to the HCA doulas webpage to utilize as an ongoing resource.
