This bulletin is being sent by the Health Care Authority (HCA) on behalf of Washington's Health Workforce Sentinel Network.
Decision makers depend on Washington’s Health Workforce Sentinel Network to understand employer challenges related to recruitment, retention, and other workforce needs. It has been a year since the last Sentinel Network data collection effort and much is changing at both the state and federal level. In this time of uncertainty, your insights are vital to shaping the future of health care in Washington.
If you represent a health care employer, please click on the button below and share your workforce needs. Your participation ensures that your organization’s priorities for recruitment, retention, and policy changes are recognized and addressed effectively.
If you support health care employers, please help us get the word out to as many organizations as possible. The Sentinel Network is open to all types of health care employers, both traditional, such as hospitals, clinics, and behavioral health facilities, as well as nontraditional, such as schools. Data collection will be open for approximately four weeks. Data analysis will be available in the summer.
