Here are updates on HCA’s priorities and progress to stabilize the Benefits 24/7 platform for PEBB and SEBB employees. Our intention is to keep you informed on identified issues, how we’re prioritizing them, and when they’re addressed.
This list does not include all the identified issues, but several that we are prioritizing based on their impact on members’ enrollment. During this period, the team also worked on smaller, clean-up issues that we are not providing detail on this week. Keep in mind that we’re balancing the work on these issues with additional system issues affecting other PEBB and SEBB members, including retirees.
Below are the larger issues that have been identified or resolved.
Update on a previously reported priority

Benefits 24/7 Reports – HCA is working on three reports:

Benefit Election Changes (existing report) – This is a refinement of the current Benefit Election Status Report that retrieves and displays subscriber changes to include attestations, family composition, and enrollments that are effective on or in between the report’s search parameters using Begin and End dates.

Subscriber Demographics Addresses & Salaries (New) – This report will retrieve and display the current address and salary details of active subscribers.

Dependents without SSN for an Organization (New) – The intent of this report is to show a list of subscribers with enrolled dependents who have system-assigned SSNs.
Issues that have been addressed

Benefits 24/7 Reports – One report was updated and two new reports are available in Benefits 24/7.

Spousal Re-Attestation for an Organization – This report shows a list of subscribers who need to complete their spousal re-attestations for the upcoming open enrollment effective year.

Benefits Election Snapshot (New) – This report retrieves and displays subscriber account elections and attestation surcharges

Termed Accounts (New) – This report retrieves and displays organizational termination events that occurred on or in between the report’s search parameter Begin and End dates.

Benefits 24/7 Standard Report Functions – Updates were made to all reports in Benefits 24/7 on how fields are displayed when selecting reports and the filters on reports results.

Spousal Surcharge Refunds – Invoices that processed on May 15 included the spousal surcharge refunds for all the 2025 charges.
