Update – Issue has been resolved. At 3:30pm our vendor began implementing a fix to restore access to all links within the ProviderOne Provider Portal for all impacted providers. The promotion of the fix is done in a rolling manner and will be completed by 4:00 pm at the latest.
We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue today and apologize for the impact.
