(This is the second of four emails.)
Greetings, Apple Health (Medicaid) providers.
We’ve completed the updates to our provider mailing lists, aligning them with our current programs and billing guides.

You can now log in to your HCA account and subscribe or unsubscribe to the mailing lists that best suit your needs.
To see which mailing list corresponds to the billing guides you use, download the HCA provider mailing list catalog. (If you bookmarked the catalog from the previous email in this series, use this updated version instead.)
(Behavioral health providers: Subscribe to “Mental health services” and “Substance use disorder” under the “Apple Health (Medicaid) providers” category for billing guide and clinical updates ONLY. For all other behavioral health updates, including the Service Encounter Reporting Instructions (SERI) guide, make sure you are signed up for mailing lists under “Behavioral health and recovery.”)
As of today, March 10, the following Apple Health provider mailing lists are no longer available:
- Adult day care center
- ARC / EARC / AL
- Clearinghouses
- Clinicians
- Counselors
- Family Services
- Health Homes

The last step in this work will be to remove the old mailing lists. We’ll do that on May 1, 2025, giving you a month and a half to update your subscriptions.
Thank you for all you do for the people of Washington.
