We're updating our mailing lists!

(This is the first of four emails.)

Greetings, Apple Health (Medicaid) providers.

We’re getting ready to clean up our provider mailing lists. We want to make sure they align with our current programs, so you can get the information you need.

We’ll add mailing lists for new programs, merge lists that should now be combined, keep lists that are fine just as they are, and delete lists that are no longer relevant.

How can I help?

In our next email, we’ll invite you to update your subscriptions by logging into your HCA account, subscribing to new mailing lists that interest you, and unsubscribing from those that don’t.

Is there a preview of the new lists?

Yes! Our 2025 catalog maps the Apple Health billing guides to their new (or old) corresponding mailing lists.

When does this happen?

Changes will be made Friday, March 7. New mailing lists will be available Monday, March 10.
