Attention providers

Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2025, the Health Care Authority (HCA) has published a new Birth Doula Services Billing Guide.

The purpose for this new guide is to provide billing information regarding birth doula services payable by HCA when provided to eligible clients. Sections in this new billing guide include client eligibility, covered and noncovered services, payment, and billing.
