We are aware of the ongoing power outages and other impacts from recent weather events across the state. For this reason, HCA will allow an open enrollment extension for print enrollment forms received by Wednesday, November 27. Unfortunately, this year, HCA cannot extend Open Enrollment within the Benefits 24/7 system past 11:59 p.m. today (November 25).

Navia Benefit Solutions will be able to accept both online enrollment and print enrollment forms through 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27 for enrollment in the Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), Limited Purpose FSA, and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) starting January 1, 2025.

Please continue to accept enrollment forms through November 27 and notify your employees of this extension using the forwardable message below.

Due to the ongoing power outages and other impacts from recent weather events across the state, the Health Care Authority (HCA) will allow an open enrollment extension for print enrollment forms received by your personnel or benefits office by Wednesday, November 27. Unfortunately, this year, HCA cannot extend Open Enrollment within the Benefits 24/7 system past 11:59 p.m. today (November 25).

Navia Benefit Solutions will be able to accept both online enrollment and print enrollment forms through 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27 for enrollment in the Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA), Limited Purpose FSA, and Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) starting January 1, 2025.

If you haven’t already, please submit your online enrollment changes for 2025 via Benefits 24/7 by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 25 or submit your print enrollment form to your personnel or benefits office by Wednesday, November 27.
