This is not a message to forward to employees
Employees may complete enrollment forms in the medical FSA, limited purpose FSA, and DCAP by:
- Logging into the Navia Benefit Solutions portal, or by
- Submitting the 2025 Open Enrollment form directly to Navia Benefit
Solutions
However, if employees submit the 2025 Open Enrollment form to the payroll or benefits office, please remember to submit the forms to Navia Benefit Solutions by Friday of each week during open enrollment.
If you have not submitted any enrollment forms received to date, please submit them today. Navia Benefit Solutions must receive all enrollment forms by November 25, 2024, for the 2025 plan year enrollment.

- Mail - Navia Benefit Solutions, PO Box 53250, Bellevue, WA 98015
Going forward, please submit the employees' enrollment forms each week to ensure enrollment is processed timely. In addition, enrollment forms should:
- Include a date stamp, and
- A cover sheet with your contact information.
This is critical to ensure employees are not declined for late enrollment and Navia can contact you with any questions.
