The Health Care Authority (HCA) and partners are creating a Shared Decision Making (SDM) Learning Community and would like your input.

The SDM Learning Community would provide a platform for organizations at the beginning of their journey to implement SDM and patient decision aids (PDA) to connect with and learn from others.

We hope you'll join us in using SDM and PDAs and welcome all who are interested, including:

Providers
Patients and families
Health systems
Leadership
PDA developers
Health plans
Anyone interested in spreading the use of SDM to improve access to the right care at the right time.
