Information Gathering Session for 23-Hour crisis relief centers (CRCs) for children and youth

We invite you to join us for an information gathering session to discuss recent legislative changes and regulatory updates concerning 23-hour Crisis Relief Centers (CRCs) in Washington State. These sessions will focus on expanding CRCs to include children and youth. Your participation is pivotal in establishing a supportive and effective framework for successful CRC implementation.

Why Your Participation Matters:

Gather input: We value the input of all partners and encourage everyone—BHAs, healthcare providers, advocacy groups, families, and community members—to join us. Your participation helps create a supportive and effective structure for 23-hour Crisis Relief Centers (CRCs) for children and youth.

Program development: By bringing community member and provider perspectives to the table to share their needs and experiences, we can enhance program development to be more reflective of community needs. Your insights will shape standards that meet the needs of those aged 8-17 experiencing a crisis.

Impactful and adaptive solutions: This is an opportunity to share your experiences, highlight challenges, and propose ideas to make youth 23-hour CRCs effective and responsive. Your feedback is pivotal in identifying and implementing best practices that ensure the safety and well-being of children and youth receiving crisis relief services.
