The 2025 rate letters for participating employer groups have been posted on the PEBB Benefits Administrator website Rates page.
Counties, municipalities, political subdivisions, and tribal governments
These rates include the employer group rate surcharge.
Depending on the rate structure* and benefits package in which the group participates, there are three different letters.

Other employer groups*
*Other employer groups include and is limited to the Washington State Health Benefit Exchange, blind vendors deemed eligible by the Department of Services for the Blind, and organizations representing state civil service employees.
