In early 2023, HCA’s Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery took the time to revisit the purpose and activities of the Office of Recovery Partnership. The state’s behavioral health community was canvased through conferences, summits, local, regional, and statewide community events and engagement opportunities.
The goal was to build respectful, honoring, and sustainable relationships statewide. We met communities and community partners with transparency, grace, humility, and respect. The distinct themes of community, empowerment, and voice emerged from our outreach.
