The new base funding rate changes from $1,145 to $1,170 per employee per month on July 1 for fiscal year 2024-2025. The employer base funding rate is the rate the employer pays each month if an employee waives medical. The new rate is effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
The rate change is only for employer groups participating in PEBB under the full benefits program composite rate structure.
Employer groups participating in PEBB benefits under the tiered rate structure or in medical only may disregard this message. Tiered rates will change on January 1, 2025.
The rate letters are posted on the BA website Rates page under Participating employer group rates.
