We’re interested in hearing from our employee members in the Public Employees Benefits (PEBB) Program about how satisfied they are with their benefits, plans, and offerings. This information will help us determine how we could potentially improve.

Please take this brief survey to help us continue to improve our offerings and services. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. Please note that this survey is for employee members only.

At the Health Care Authority, we strive to offer high-quality benefits to all members. Your feedback is critical in ensuring that these offerings meet your or your family’s needs and exceed your expectations for years to come.
