Health engagement hubs pilot program opportunity and listening session

Is your organization interested in becoming a health engagement hub? The Health Care Authority (HCA) has received additional funding to stand up three (3) additional health engagement hub sites in state fiscal year 2025. A survey for interest will help HCA determine current capacity and readiness to launch this program.

Health engagement hubs, defined in RCW 21.24.112, are intended to serve as an all-in-one location where people who use drugs can access a range of medical, harm reduction, treatment, and social services.

Please review and complete the following Survey for Interest and two-year budget worksheet, and submit to HCAhealthengagementhubs@hca.wa.gov by close of business on Friday, June 14.

Respondents to the Survey for Interest that was posted in October 2023 have the opportunity to update their responses, or can use their initial responses for consideration, but at minimum need to re-state their interest in being considered via email.

Listening session

HCA and the Department of Health (DOH) will host an upcoming listening session to answer questions about the Survey for Interest process.

Live event captioning available
