Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

Attention all providers

Effective immediately through March 31, 2026, when a provider submits an application requesting enrollment as an Apple Health provider or submits an application to enroll a servicing provider, the Health Care Authority (HCA) will use the effective date requested on the application for the Core Provider Agreement (CPA) or nonbilling provider agreement as the enrollment effective date, as long as the date is not earlier than July 1, 2023.

HCA will change the enrollment effective date to no earlier than July 1, 2023, when a provider submits a written request for such a change.
