The pilot of the Apple Health and Homes Rental Assistance Program (AHAH-RAP) is launching on April 1, 2024. Wellpoint, as the AHAH coordinating entity, is working in collaboration with Washington State Department of Commerce Office of AHAH and the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) to launch the AHAH Rental Assistance Program.
When AHAH-RAP launches on April 1:
FCS Supportive Housing agencies will receive a spreadsheet from Wellpoint with your FCS-SH enrollees who are potentially eligible for AHAH-RAP.
