Join other Washington health care providers in shaping workforce policy by completing a simple, biannual questionnaire.

The Health Workforce Sentinel Network invites you to participate by sharing insights on:

Challenging occupations: Which roles are particularly difficult to hire for?
Policy recommendations: What changes could better support your organization?
Innovative solutions: Share your creative approaches.
Recruitment strategies: What strategies are essential for attracting and retaining talent?

Returning participants: If you completed the questionnaire in 2023 or before, your input is sincerely appreciated. The Sentinel Network Team asks for your information every six months, so please use the link above to update your recent workforce experiences.
