PEBB Program rulemaking notice

The Health Care Authority (HCA) has filed with the Office of the Code Reviser the following two Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR-101):

Washington State Register (WSR) 24-04-060 opens chapters 182-08, 182-12, and 182-16 Washington Administrative Code (WAC) so HCA can conduct a review of the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program rules.
WSR 24-04-061 reviews multiple sections within chapters 182-08, 182-12, and 182-16 WAC that may require PEB Board policy resolutions.
