Electronic Consent Management workflow survey closes February 16

The Health Care Authority (HCA) is implementing an Electronic Consent Management (ECM) solution. HCA is refining the workflow for client signatures to share client information in facilitation of coordinated care.

This survey helps us clarify current consent management workflows and understand challenges. Your feedback will help us deploy a solution that supports your internal processes.

The survey closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, February 16.

Consent forms

HCA is also requesting a copy of your consent form. Copies shared will be used to inform and improve the ECM solution.
