Benefits 24/7 launched January 16, replacing SEBB My Account as the SEBB Program’s new enrollment platform. There is a new URL to access Benefits 24/7, https://benefits247.hca.wa.gov/auth. The SEBB My Account URL will redirect to the new system for now, but you should consider saving the new URL as a favorite in your browser.
How HCA is informing employees
- We will mail or email a postcard on January 23.
- Our February issue of the Intercom newsletter, which mails or emails February 22, will include an article about Benefits 24/7.
In addition, we ask that you share the message below with your employees to let them know about this important change. Please do not forward this email. Subject: Benefits 24/7 is now available!
Benefits 24/7 is the new online enrollment system for the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program. You can use Benefits 24/7 on a computer or mobile device to enroll in and manage benefits throughout the year.
Check your mailbox or email around January 23 for information about Benefits 24/7 and where to learn more.
What you need to know
- Benefits 24/7 replaced SEBB My Account.
- Benefits 24/7 will already include your coverage information—no need to reenroll or make changes.
- To access Benefits 24/7, you will need a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) login.
- If you previously logged in to SEBB My Account and used SAW to log in, you can use the same SAW login credentials for Benefits 24/7. For help logging in, visit the Help with Benefits 24/7 webpage.
