Benefits 24/7 launched January 16, replacing PEBB My Account as the PEBB Program’s new online enrollment system. There is a new URL to access Benefits 24/7, https://benefits247.hca.wa.gov/auth. The PEBB My Account URL will redirect to the new system for now, but you should consider saving the new URL as a favorite in your browser.
Note: Pierce County, Washington State University, and University of Washington employees will continue to use Workday to manage their benefits, except to enroll in continuation coverage or PEBB retiree coverage.
How HCA is informing employees
- We will mail or email a Benefits 24/7 Quick Start Guide on January 23.
- Our February issue of the For Your Benefit newsletter, which mails or emails February 15, will include an article about Benefits 24/7.
In addition, we ask that you share the message below with your employees to let them know about this important change. Please do not forward this email. Instead, copy and paste the message included below into your regular means of communication to distribute to employees. Thank you for your support!
