This message is to inform you of upcoming significant changes to our benefits administration process. Please take a moment to review these key changes and corresponding dates:

End of PAY1 Access: Effective 6:00 PM on Friday, January 12th, access to the PAY1 system will discontinue for all benefits administrators. This marks a pivotal shift in our administration process.

Launch of Benefits 24/7: Beginning at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, January 16th, we will transition to our new online enrollment platform, Benefits 24/7.

Administration Interruption Period: Expect a temporary pause in benefits administration capabilities from January 12th to the morning of the 16th. During this period, in preparation for the Benefits 24/7 launch, there will be no access to PAY1.

Impact on Organizations: The upcoming changes will affect all organizations. This includes those organizations currently administering benefits in PAY1 and those whose benefits are administered by the Outreach and Training (O&T) unit. With Benefits 24/7 operational, from January 16th onwards, each organization will be responsible for managing their employee benefits using this new platform.
