New location for Medicaid Transformation metrics webpage

Time to update or replace your bookmarks and web links

We recently moved our Medicaid Transformation metrics page under the “Tracking success” portion of the Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP) website section. Any bookmarks or links to the old metrics page may not work.
