Dear PEBB Benefits Administrators (BAs),

We are reaching out to you with an important update regarding the transition to our new online enrollment system, Benefits 24/7, which is scheduled to launch on January 16, 2024. This system promises to streamline our benefits administration process and enhance our service capabilities.

To facilitate a smooth transition and to provide you with all the essential details, we have organized two critical webinars:

Pre-Launch Webinar

Date: January 10th
Time: 10:00am - 11:30am
Focus: This webinar will provide important information that BAs need to know before the system goes live.

Post-Launch Webinar

Date: January 31st
Time: 10:00am - 11:30am
Focus: This session will discuss the initial outcomes following the system's launch. It will include a review of any updates or changes that are important for you to know.

We strongly encourage you to register for these webinars via the PEBB BA training schedule webpage, or directly through the registration links provided above.

In addition to these webinars, the PEBB Outreach and Training (O&T) unit will be sending out further instructional messages as we approach the January 16, 2024 launch date. These messages will provide timely and pertinent updates to ensure a seamless transition to the new system.

Moreover, a variety of training materials, including videos, manuals, and access to our Benefits 24/7 training environment, are available. These resources can be found on our Administering PEBB in Benefits 24/7 webpage. We highly recommend that you review these materials to ensure you are well-prepared for the changes ahead.

We understand that transitions can bring challenges, but we are confident that with your cooperation and proactive engagement in these training sessions, we can achieve a successful rollout of Benefits 24/7.
